I migrated to comprehensive Recreational Development which includes lake and lodge design and development plus land use practices including, easements, government programs, forestry, wildlife, habitat and fisheries management. Cade is a career Firefighter/EMT with the City of Southaven and reside in Tate County. He followed his family in the steel business for fifteen years before joining the Fire Service. Cade is a Nationally Registered EMT, and have a Degree in Applied Science, Certified Firefighter with several additional certifications to support my ability to serve the community. When not on duty he spend's his time in the outdoors. Cade is an avid hunter, and also loves to fish. Cade's love for the outdoors developed into a passion for habitat and wildlife management. Working to improve the land and the habitat has become his focus, and the reward is seeing the wildlife’s benefit from his efforts.

Bob is a Mississippi Registered Forester and has a Mississippi Real Estate License. Bob brings over 33 years experience in the management and marketing of forest resources and timberland mainly on private, non-industrial lands. Experienced in the layout and construction of interior roads, wildlife management services and land use capabilities. Certified Tree Farm Inspector for the American Tree Farm System. Member of MFA, SAF, Mississippi Prescribed Fire Council and Xi Sigma Pi.

I graduated Mississippi State University in 1973 with a degree in Forest Management. I worked 12 years with Forest Industry (2) as a procurement forester and (10) implementing both company land and private lands management. Since 1986 I have been a consulting Forester working with the non-industrial private landowner. In doing so for the past 26 years I have learned to recognize the capabilities of land to meet the needs of my clients, whether it is for forest management, recreation, aesthetics, or investment.

After graduating from USM, Rick Roberson became the Athletic Director and Softball Coach at Clarkdale High School. Rick and his family are lifelong residents of Lauderdale County. Rick is a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and a Sunday school teacher. Rick is excited to assist his past, current and future friends with all their Real Estate needs.

Van Williams , Agent

While working with the US Forest Service for 6 summers and obtaining a BS degree in forestry at MSU, Van began to see the need for natural resource related recreation. After graduation Van worked for a major timber company and the Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA. During Van's 36 years with the NRCS he was able to develop the skills and understanding of resource management. Experience in soils, cropland, grasslands, forest management, wildlife habitat, wetlands, urban, and human resources gave me an understand the interaction of each resource. Having both real estate and forestry license gives Van the opportunity to help others develop their dreams and enjoy the many natural resources Mississippi has to offer.
